  • Artem Khachatur

    He was born in 1968 in Leninakan (Gyumri).
    Graduated from Yerevan Komitas State University, department of tar and composition.
    He is the 1st prize winner of the "Sayat-Nova" Republican First Contest.
    In 1992-2013 he worked in the Sayat-Nova Minstrel Song Ensemble, as a tar player and instrumentalist.
    In 2007 he was awarded the Gold Medal of the RA Ministry of Culture.
    In 2008 he was awarded the title of RA Honored Artist.
    He is the Artistic Director of the Naregatsi Orchestra since 2015.

  • Ani Rubenyan

    She was born in 2000 in Oshakan village of Aragatsotn region.
    She is a student at the Yerevan Komitas State Conservatory.
    She is a gold medalist of the Renaissance International Competition-Festival, ''Art-Music'' Republican Contest-Festival and 5th Republican Contest-Festival of folk instruments.
    She has been with the Naregatsi Orchestra since 2016.

    He is studying at R.Melikyan Music College.

  • Haykaz Balumyan

    He was born in 2004 in Yerevan.
    He studies at the High School of the National Polytechnic University of Armenia and in the vocal and duduk sections of the Music School after A. Spendiarian.
    In 2016 he was awarded the 2nd Prize at the 8th Renaissance International Competition-Festival (vocal),
    In 2016 he won the 1st prize in the 7th ''Art-Music'' International Contest-Festival in the nominations of "Folk Vocal Ensemble" and "Folk Vocal".
    In 2018, was nominated for a Grand Prix in the 7th ''Art-Music'' International Contest-Festival in the nomination of duduk.
    In 2017, he won the 1st prize in the ''Golden Harp'' Republican Contest of Song and Music Performers in the nomination of duduk.
    In 2018 he was awarded the 1st prize of Academic Singing in the 5th "Melody" Republican Song Contest-Festival.
    He has been with the Naregatsi Orchestra since 2019.

    He studies at Kh. Abovyan State Pedagogical University.
    He took the 1st place at the 1st Republican Musicians' Competition-Festival of the World Association of Performing Arts.
    He has been with the Naregatsi Orchestra since 2016.

    In 2011-2017 he studied at the R. Melikyan Musical Pedagogical College.
    Since 2017 he has been studying at the Gyumri Branch of Yerevan Komitas State Conservatory.

    In 2018 she participated in the 5th Republican Competition of Folk Instruments and Folk Singers and was awarded the 1st prize.

    In 2005-2011 he studied in the tar class of Barsegh Kanachyan Music School.
    In 2005-2008 he attended the tar and qamancha classes supported by Alfred Terzibashian.
    In 2011-2017 he studied in the folk instruments department of A.Babajanyan Musical Pedagogical College.
    He has been studying in the Culture Faculty of Kh.Abovyan State Pedagogical University since 2017.
    Laureate of the Renaissance International Contest-Festival of Music Performers (2009 - 1st category, 2011 - 1st category).
    In 2009 he was awarded the 2nd prize at the 3rd Republican Competition of National Instruments and Folk Singers.

    He has been with the Naregatsi Orchestra since 2008.
