Traffic was halted in the morning of December 2 in the square of the capital, and 21 folk and ethnographic song and dance groups started dancing on the rock carpet of the square. The first dance was "Kochari". The RA Minister of Culture Armen Amiryan was also present at the event. Among them was also the Naregatsi Art Institute's Naregatsi Orchestra under the artistic supervision of the RA Honored Artist Artem Khachatur.
After the flash mob for half an hour, Naregatsi Orchestra left Yerevan.
Within the final program "Armenia, My Love" of the RA Ministry of Culture “Cultural Stop” Project the Naregatsi Orchestra had concerts in Abovyan Music School on December 2 and in the House of Culture of Tumanyan Village on December 3.
- Our main goal is to spread and promote national music and folk instruments. Ignoring the cold and inconveniences, our Orchestra is ready to play in favor of this mission, - said Naregatsi Art Institute founder Nareg Hartounian at the concert in Tumanyan village.
The Orchestra's musicians filled the concert halls with unforgettable music, leaving no other options for the audience than to applaud...
