On 8 October, 2008 the Naregatsi Art Institute Folk Instruments Youth Ensemble came out with a concert in the city of Goris. This was the ensemble’s first major concert and the premier performance outside of the capital.
It was organized by Adajo musical cultural NGO (Chairman Karine Grigoryan) under the financial support of the Armenian Cultural House in the city of Vienne, France. The musicians presented works by Komitas, Sayat-Nova, various minstrels and other folk songs.
